| TARAMM's computerized management
system constitutes the main stay of the company's organizational system. The performance of this multidisciplinary management system, is also one of the key quality factors at TARAMM. A software internally developed since the company creation, is accessible by any employee in any location of the plant and with high security. Access can be made from many consoles to a data base using a network server. This data base manages all sectors of the company : commercial offers, orders, manufacturing sequences, planning, route cards, certificates of conformity, purchase orders, subcontracting orders, rejects, non conformities, machine maintenance, invoicing, etc... This software used with a local area network evolves with the development of the company. Programming is performed by the company itself with the aim of making the interface as user-friendly as possible. All procedures have been audited in the during the process of ISO 9002 certification. This certification established the high level of TARAMM's computer system security.

| Computerized data files for 3D dimensional
definition of parts to be produced can be sent directly by our customers to our toolmakers
who manufacture the wax pattern injection aluminum dies. These Toolmakers collaborate with TARAMM engineering department for the design of these dies that contain not only the casting print but also the gating system print, computer designed by TARAMM. TARAMM can provide expert consultation on the design to optimize the technical and economical parameters of the parts to be produced utilizing "Concepts Unlimited" solid modeling software. This service is part of TARAMM's customer support program and is one of the advantages of a collaboration with TARAMM. |

Taramm's equipments :
- Air
conditioned rooms for injection and assembly of wax patterns (2 injection machines) and
for investing of the wax assemblies (slurry pots, raining cabinets, etc...) - Dewaxing autoclave - Electric furnaces for firing ceramic
shells molds and preheating them before casting. - New cold crucible vacuum furnace
with cooling room, enabling the fusion of 17 kg of titanium, 20 to 25
times a day. - Fluorescent penetrant inspection line
